Courtney received her Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in South Carolina. She has experience working with adults, adolescents, children, families, couples and marginalized communities. Courtney’s counseling approach is tailored to specific needs of the client. Some of her favorite modalities are cognitive- behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, and family systems. Courtney has experience with helping individuals through a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and anger. Courtney loves to supply clients with tools or skills to keep in their “tool box” in order to be best prepared in their daily lives. During her free time, Courtney loves to spend time with her husband, daughter and fur babies. She also loves to curl up with a good book or spend time at the beach. Courtney strives to create a therapeutic safe place to be able to communicate struggles and identify goals in order to become the best version of yourself.
