Zachary Ho received his Master’s in Counseling and Rehabilitation from the University of South Carolina. He has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Throughout his counseling journey, he has supported clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and a variety of life stressors.
Zachary’s main goal is to help individuals reach their personal goals through empowerment, increased self-awareness of cognitions, emotions, and thoughts, and by utilizing their strengths to navigate life’s challenges. He primarily approaches therapy from a cognitive behavioral perspective but also integrates other therapeutic modalities such as solution-focused, narrative, and Adlerian therapy to best meet each client’s needs. Through a collaborative effort, Zachary strives to promote healing and develop strategies that help clients manage everyday life more effectively.
Outside of counseling, Zachary enjoys spending time with loved ones and embracing all that life has to offer.
