Areas of Focus:

  – Population: Individuals and couples, ages 15–85.

Individual Therapy with Jessica:

Individual therapy provides a collaborative, compassionate space where healing is approached with both clinical excellence and genuine human connection. Jessica’s work is grounded in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic integration, and attachment-focused interventions to help clients create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, you will work to identify and disrupt unhelpful patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, process painful experiences, and cultivate resilience. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, honoring both their story and their strengths.

Jessica works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, complex trauma, grief and loss, panic attacks, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, family conflict, domestic and emotional abuse, sexual trauma, and life transitions. She also supports clients navigating identity development, self-esteem, perfectionism, spirituality, ethnic and racial identity, communication challenges, premarital and marital concerns, divorce, and the developmental transitions of early adulthood.

Couples Therapy with Jessica:

Couples therapy provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where partners can strengthen their relationship through deeper understanding, intentional communication, and meaningful connection. Jessica approaches couples’ work through a trauma-informed and attachment-focused lens, recognizing that each person’s experiences, family of origin, and relational patterns influence how they show up in the relationship today. Jessica uses Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method practices to address relationship needs.

Together, couples work to identify and disrupt unhealthy interaction patterns, improve communication, strengthen emotional intimacy, rebuild trust, and develop practical skills for navigating conflict with greater empathy and respect. Therapy may address concerns including communication difficulties, recurring conflict, anger, intimacy and sexual concerns, the impact of past trauma, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and challenges with vulnerability and emotional expression.

Whether you are working to heal from past hurts, reconnect after seasons of distance, or strengthen an already healthy relationship, Jessica’s goal is to help couples cultivate a relationship built on emotional safety, mutual understanding, resilience, and lasting connection.
