Are you a teen or young adult struggling with self-love, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges? You don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), I am passionate about helping teens and young adults build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and discover the strengths they already possess to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe every person has unique strengths, and together we can use those strengths to overcome obstacles, foster resilience, and help you become the healthiest version of yourself. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can process your experiences, explore your emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with self-esteem. I am clinically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate evidence-based techniques from mindfulness, strength-based, and trauma-focused approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2023 and am committed to helping clients feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools for lasting growth.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy kickboxing, relaxing at the beach, spending time with family and friends, serving at my church, and being a proud dog mom to Bella and Nova.
I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you as you work toward healing, growth, and a more confident, fulfilling life.
